How It Works

• For Lift Stations:

The device is inserted into w/w lift stations, tapping into the discharge pipes (running to the treatment plant) from existing pumps.

This circulates a small portion of water back through the conditioning system and creates a powerful Venturi Effect. Water pressures and the Venturi Effect generated by the Automatic Pit Evacuator (APE) cause floating debris/grease to be emulsified, and sediments/sludge to be stripped from the bottom and lower walls of the pit, thoroughly blending these contents into the water column so they can be pumped to the wastewater treatment facility.

Also, the waste water is infused with dissolved oxygen, greatly alleviating the problems associated with gas build-up, such as corrosion and odor. This is an automatic cleaning/maintenance device which requires no external power source.
